What does my exhibit staff badge include?
Badges give exhibit staff access to exhibit hall, as well as the Reception on Tuesday and Lunch on Wednesday & Thursday.
Can I attend the educational sessions?
Exhibit Staff may pop in to a session or two, we just ask that you stand in the back of the room if the session is full.
Will I receive a post-conference final attendee list?
YES, a final electronic attendee list will be emailed after the show. The list will contain all contact information as well as e-mail for anyone saying it was okay to share with exhibitors.
How do I confirm if I ordered power/internet for my booth?
I ordered table/chairs, they are not in my booth.
How do I ship my booth back to office after show?
There will be a service counter located on-site in the exhibit hall for any questions on orders, shipping, etc..
Where do I go to sign up for CTC 2013?
The CTC 2013 Show Management Office will be located to the left as you walk into the exhibit hall entrance.
When should I arrive/depart Long Beach?
You should make plans to arrive in Long Beach in time to have your booth completely set-up by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 4 for the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall.
Please note Exhibitor move-out begins Thursday, October 6 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If Freeman is storing any crates/boxes for you, please allow at least 90 minutes for the cases to be returned to you at your booth after close of show.
What are the booth height restrictions?
Any in-line booths can be no higher than 8'. Island booths cannot be any higher than 20'—this includes any signs that will be hung above your booth.
Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
The exhibit area is NOT carpeted. Aisles will be carpeted in gray. Show management requires that all exhibitors carpet their exhibit space – you must order carpet.
What's my booth number?
Please access the floorplan to view a current list of exhibitors and booth assignments.
Can I carry my booth in the front door of the exhibit hall?
Exhibitors may handle their own materials which can be carried by hand by one person. Exhibitors may not bring or use carts, pallet jacks or other material handling equipment—this rule will be enforced.
Can I set up my own booth?
Full-time employees of the exhibiting companies may set their own exhibits without assistance from the local union, provided that the exhibit can be set up within 60 minutes without the use of tools, ladders, or mechanized tools. Any labor services required beyond that must be rendered by the Union.
Can I serve food or beverages in my booth?
No outside food or beverage is allowed in the Convention Center. If you wish to serve food or beverages in your booth, you may do so only by ordering through Savor Catering, the exclusive food service provider. A catering order form is provided in the Service Kit.
How do I obtain internet, power, and audio visual services for my booth?
Your service kit includes order forms for internet, power, and audio visual services. You can access the forms through the online Freeman service kit under "Forms and Brochures - Facility/Other Contractors." You can order internet services online here.
How do I ship my booth?
Please reference Freeman's Service Kit Quick Facts (pdf) for details on shipping instructions – you also have shipping forms included in your service kit.
- Freight shipped to the warehouse can be received beginning Friday, September 2 through Monday, September 26 during regular business hours. Freight received at the warehouse after September 26 will be assessed an after deadline surcharge.
- Freight shipped to show site will be accepted beginning on Monday, October 3 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Freeman will also be accepting shipments throughout the show.
How do I make arrangements for returning my booth to my office after the show?
Please reference Freeman's shipping forms included in your service kit to arrange in advance for return shipping arrangements. There will also be a service desk located in the back of the exhibit hall that will be open during the show should you have any questions or require assistance with your return shipping arrangements.

Parking is available at the Long Beach Convention Center. You may visit their website for detailed information and pricing.
