Service Kit
The fee for each 10x10 booth space rented includes:
- 8' draped backwall (gray, gold and red) and 3' side dividers (gray)
- 7" x 44" one-line black & white company identification sign
- Six exhibit staff badges -- includes lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday in exhibit hall
- Pre- and post-show electronic attendee lists
- Daily aisle maintenance
- 24-hour security in exhibit hall
- Company listing on website, complete with profile that can be modified by you at any time
- Opportunity to participate in the Showcase Theatre presentations
The exhibit hall is not carpeted, however, the aisles will be carpeted in gray. Show management requires all booths to be carpeted.
Take advantage of the special discounted Show Package Freeman offers that includes a table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Refer to the Booth Package order form in the Freeman Service Kit (you must create an online Freeman Account to order).
Lead Retrieval
CTC is offering a lead retrieval system to assist you with capturing the attendees that visit your booth electronically. You will receive a post-show final electronic attendee list, however, many participants opt not to share their e-mail address with exhibitors. The lead retrieval system will capture each attendee's contact information including their e-mail address.
